Nice documentary but I have some doubts about S. Maximus being bigger than the T-rex considering the largest specimen of tyrannosaurus known was said to have weighed 12.456 kgs by the most recent studies.
While Saurophaganax maximus was a large theropod, it is not considered bigger than Tyrannosaurus rex. The largest known specimen of T. rex, called "Scotty," was estimated to weigh around 8,870 kg (19,555 pounds). In contrast, estimates for Saurophaganax suggest it weighed around 3,000-4,500 kg. Therefore, T. rex is significantly larger in terms of weight. @@dinosaurdocumentary777 I heard you saying Saurophaganax was bigger but I've mistaken probably.
AI Thumbnail looks like quadrapedal reptile monster from 65
Thanks for pointing out
A video about Saurophaganax but uses Torvosaurus in the thumbnail?
Yes I know. changed now. Sorry for that
I'd be more excited about this dinosaur if the fossil remains weren't so fragmentary.
It's bigger but not than t Rex
