Primary sources are Quraan And Sunnah Only and those are independet on other hand Ijam, Qiyas, Istaslal, istadlal and istahsan are secondary sources, some times ijma considered as primary sources but not all time. Secondary Sources that you have mentioned those are part of other religions or laws as well
