My mom who died a few years ago was close friends with Janet Smith. She is one of the most humble, level-headed, smart people you will ever meet. A minister who came to our church to tell of his NDE and visit to heaven called the seminaries, "cemetaries". I don't believe in bible schools, colleges, etc., I think the entire structure of "christianity" is going about teaching totally wrong. My beliefs are very different, as I see what Yeshua taught as being much tougher and demanding than the churches who mean well and work hard, but have limited information. I had to learn the hard way - read the hidden gospels and find out what Yeshua (Jesus) really thought and taught. It will change your perspective. BTW- this isn't an attack on catholicism, it's just a desire to show what the symbols and rituals are actually about.

The gospels were not written by Sananda's disciples, they were written by the Pisos Flavian family of Rome. Satan has been taking over educational systems since when, early 1900's? Britain and the US had the best educational systems in the world in the early to mid 1900's and for a while after that. By 1960 the fix was certainly in, if not before 1960. Same thing with seminaries. A good friend of mine went to a Catholic semiary and told me of the nonsense that went on there - S.F. area. That was in the early 80's I think it was.
Protestant here. I worked with a woman in the 80s. She had a brother who was attending a catholic seminary at the time in the midwest. She had left the faith and so her brother would share with her all the homoerotic activities that were common among the seminarians. It was all quite open apparently. This supports what Dr. Smith is saying. I was not surprised by the abuse stories that occurred years later across the country. Because of what my friend had shared with me, I knew they were likely credible. I also knew the bishops would cover for them. The adversary never rests.
It was made clear to me the devil keeps tight watch on what he has been able to accomplish in our church. One other thing, the victims and the families of said victims did not want things to be made public. They had been violated and did not want public sharing. There were some who treated the victims as if they were making things up. It's a huge vicious problem to have to deal with on your own especially when it involves a person in authority on top of that someone who is supposed to be God's representative in the world. They went with the idea that God had to sort things out. It's a freaking mess, but silence does not heal.
Same here. This Guy in my Bible study was a Catholic seminarian and left due to the overt homosexual activity going on. The Admins looked the other way, that's disgusting. Kind of makes you think that they're not Christians in the first place 😯 unfortunately.

I had Dr. Smith for a teacher when I attended Sacred Heart Major Seminary in the Archdiocese of Detroit. She was a riot, but very serious about the Catholic Church; she made learning fun!

I love Dr. Smith. 20 years ago one of her "talks" were circulating: "Contraception, Why not?". Changed the world, one baby at a time! I credit that talk with helping me teach my teens at the time.

I made copies of that cd and have to everyone... unfortunately she is still so weak on this topic. I wish I could challenge her to read more. I saw her speak in 2008 in Detroit. I liked her very much and paid attention to her career since. I am from her archdiocese so it wasn't too difficult. What I have gleaned is - especially since she retired - that she has had time to deepen her own understanding of The Faith and has grown to the point that she attends the Mass of the Ages. This is, IMO, what has helped her to see the evil that has seeped into the Church. I would love to talk with her, too, along with Dr. Monica M. Miller and, honestly, you too!
Dr. Janet Smith spoke at the national Courage Conference about a decade ago and was amazing. She stayed for the whole 3 day conference and attended Masses with us...spent time talking and listening...she's the real deal.

All seminarians learned from the very beginning, “Cooperation leads to ordination.” Heterosexual seminarians who complain about homosexual advances and activities in seminary are often dismissed . The Traditional Seminaries are much better. I’m not saying everyone that goes thru will b perfect, but what I see is outstanding. When my boy was at Lehigh Engineering, we went to St Stephen of Hungry in Allentown, Pa. FSSP parish and one of the greatest I ever saw. The Pastor is a remarkable man, Fr Pendergraft. Totally devout, disciplined, brilliant and organized. First time there we got there 1 hour early for Mass in order to go to confession. The church was already half full with people praying, doing stations or waiting for confession. Fr Pendergraft trains some of the seminarians. There must have been at least ten of them we saw. My son said they all looked like Marines, all were physically fit, blond or dark haired crew cuts, all piously & perfectly solemn in their execution of their training tasks. My son said “ they are all how I envision St Michael , warriors in God’s Army.” So these guys and there are others give me great hope.
How can this scale of evil and perversion be in seminaries and the heirarchy of the Church? There is nothing we can do to directly influence the bishops. The are above us and will not listen to us.
The only thing we can do is to become Saints. We work on our own sanctity. That is one weapon we have to help the Church produce holy bishops who will make the right changes.
We can stop giving money to Church or Catholic organizations that are not following real Catholic teaching. Give to other legitimate causes. Money talks, walking away does not. When the money wanes the Church will” have to respond to the people.

Novus Ordo priests are not Catholic Priests of tradition. They need to go to Traditional Catholic seminaries for formation on the doctrines of Catholic tradition. They can't be in double roles as Novus Ordo ministers and at the same time be traditional Catholic Priests. They are not properly formed in the Novus Ordo Church and they use the Novus Ordo Missae, Sacraments, and false doctrines. Why teach them the traditional Latin Mass if they believe as modernists in the Novus Ordo Church? Rather may they be converted to the true Catholic Church of tradition.

They took out the extra prayers for the church during easter and penticost masses 1962, they took out the prayers the priest used to say when dressing to say mass, and the prayers at the foot of the altar. I have alot of respect for Dr. Janet Smith. We must keep hope in Christ. My feeling is that this whole thing was meant to happen so as to destroy the credibility of the Catholic Church. Priests now more than ever are afraid to say anything political or controversial from the pulpits. Before 2002 and the sex scandals came to light, I remember priests speaking about several important social and political topics during their homilies, one of them was abortion. Not anymore, the bishops are so afraid of rocking the boat. They don't want to make any parishioner mad and risk more law suits or people leaving the Church. Do you hear anything coming from the pope or the bishops that challenge the people? Other than speaking about the ills of conservatives and problems with climate change. Every time the pope speaks he ends up confusing people more on subjects that the Church has spoken definitely on in previous years. The devil is certainly on the prowl, taking shape and feeding on fear.
I grew up with the Latin Tridentine Mass and then it was changed to the Novus Ordo and my family knew something was very wrong. Holy Communion in the hand in the Novus Ordo and on the tongue with the LTM. Many Catholics just went along with the Novus Ordo. I'm thankful that later on I found out about Archbishop Lefebvre and the SSPX and again I was able to attend the Latin Mass.
My friend, the early church had communion in the hand. They were closer to the apostolic church than the TLM ever was.

Demons were rejoicing and i was adding cold water to their party. one night it became so terrifying i could not go on. the seminary was TC in Washington DC.

In the early 2000 I had taken 30 or so Advanced catchiest classes, at Sacred heart major Seminary and several parishes around the diocese.
There were several woman teachers pushing new age religion in the classes.
One woman was insisting we think of GOD as a women, if We wanted a certificate for the class.
She told this story of JESUS coming to her, sitting next to her in the pew and telling her to teach this alternate gospel.
She also wanted woman priest and bishops.
I raised my hand and said GOD is as He says, a male.
She said,” Where in the Bible does it say that?
I stated,” JESUS said Our FATHER who art in Heaven, not our mother.
That particular gift was given to Mother Mary. Women are already very important in the faith
I told her She should not be teaching her opinion, but the Catholic Faith.
We signed as catechist to do just that.
When we hold to our own opinion of GOD, we are creating a false god.
I did however receive credit for the class.

I experienced demonic possession in someone in a Catholic church ministry in Sydney Australia in August 2023. I was stunned gobsmacked because I never expected to find this in a Catholic church. There are countless stories of miraculous events that turned entire societies around, but God will not work against our will. We get the leaders we deserve and the faithful need to be FAITHFUL and pray, fast, live their Catholic faith actively, participate in the sacraments and ask God, Son and Holy Spirit for the healing of our Church. And then add our own Guardian Angels to interecede with individuals as well! It is believed that the "Third Secret" had a lot to do with the "smoke of Satan" in the Church and God have mercy on the successive popes who refused to head Mary's request to reveal the Third Secret in 1960. Please read this comment to its very end. - The issue is much much larger than just the scandals in the Catholic Church or Orthodox Church. The ONLY BASIS OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IS THE BIBLE. So nothing that contradicts the Bible can be part of the Christian faith. The Catholic Church has always hidden the biblical faith (the truth) from the people. It has hidden the true Jesus and the true way of salvation. Dear Catholics, do not be deceived any more: The Catholic Church teaches salvation by works, i.e. redemption through one's own good works, baptism, affiliation with the Catholic Church, sacraments etc. and NOT BY JESUS ALONE. That is, it gives you the idea that if you don’t kill anybody, maybe go to church, do a few good works here and there and are more or less a nice person, you will go to heaven. The Bible says that all are sinners and on their way to an eternal hell in their natural state, and that salvation is NEVER by one’s own works or goodness. Salvation is by repentance (turning away from sin) and faith in Jesus alone. „In him [Jesus] we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins.“ Forgiveness of sins is based on Jesus‘ blood ALONE and it comes to you the moment you turn away from living for yourself and start living for Jesus (this is called „repentance“). The Catholic Church does not preach true repentance for the forgiveness of sins by putting Jesus first in all areas of life, but by doing works of penance for your sins. This is blasphemous because it means that you have to work off your guilt (which the Bible says you can’t) and denies that Jesus‘ sacrifice for sin was sufficient for all sins and for all times. Look at what the Bibles says: Hebrews 10:12-18 „But when this priest [Jesus] had offered FOR ALL TIME ONE SACRIFICE for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God … For by one sacrifice he [Jesus] has made perfect for ever those who are being made holy... And where these [the sins of mankind] have been forgiven, SACRIFICE FOR SIN IS NO LONGER NECESSARY.” Hebrews 7:27 „... He [Jesus] sacrificed for their sins ONCE FOR ALL when he offered himself.”
Biblical repentance in contrast to Catholic “repentance” consists in turning away from (not just confessing) your sin and living for a risen Christ who is active in your life by the power of the Holy Spirit (not a dead Christ whom you receive only in the form of a wafer). The purpose of Jesus' death is that you live for HIM - for the true Jesus of the Bible, not for Mary nor for the imaginary and non-existing Jesus of the Catholic Church. See 2 Corinthians 5:15 - “He [Jesus] died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.” Jesus says: "He who keeps my commandments, he it is who loves me." (John 14:21). His commandments are found in the Bible - and ONLY in the Bible. And yet the Catholic Church does not give its faithful the Bible, but an "adapted" interpretation of some selected Bible verses that mislead the people. I used to be Catholic, so I know what I am talking about. In the Bible, there is no salvation by works and/or sacraments, no pope, no infant baptism, no worship of Mary, no rosary, no imposed celibacy, no purgatory, no confessionals, no saints in the Catholic sense, no prayer for the dead, no transfiguration of the consecrated wafer in the Eucharist, no repetitive prayer, no bowing to graven images - it is even forbidden by God in the Ten Commandments - see Exodus 20:4-5: „You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God“. In the Bible, there is no Catholic liturgy, no holy garments or gestures (in the New Testament Church). Mary is not a mediator between God and man, because the Bible says: "There is ONE mediator between God and man: the man Jesus Christ" (1 Timothy 2:5). All these things are inventions of the Catholic Church and clearly contradict the Word of God. The Catholic Church is NOT a Christian church, but conveys to the people a pagan concept of God, as if God could be manipulated by the same rituals over and over again (and as if He did not solely look at the heart - see 1 Samuel 16:7). Dr. Smith is absolutely correct: the problem is the Bishops. She is wrong to say we must wait for the Holy Spirit to fix the problem. All Confirmed Catholic are required as Soldiers of Christ to challenge and renounce false shepherds. None of the Bishops profess the Catholic Faith. That none of the Bishops are professing Catholics is easily demonstrated by the fact that none of them believe the infallibly defined dogma that "there is absolutely no salvation outside the Catholic Church". I want to make sure I get this straight. The problem with the priesthood is it is flooded with disordered men. The solution is to ordain even more disordered men and maybe even some disordered women. This is where only the gift of Faith in the divine founding of the Church and the promise of Her indefectability can get us through this crisis. God is in control. Pray, pray, and keep praying!

I will be 63 this year. When I was young, innocent, virginal and wholly into Therese of Lisieux. I eventually went to a monastery. The place had a guesthouse. Old Irish house which had belonged to a C of I Bishop previously. The things I sensed and heard in that house alone. Footsteps across wooden floors. No one there. Sensing groups of people at the foot of my bed but not able to see. I sensed they were different ages in life - children and adults. They did not scare me in the least. I just got up - lit a candle below the Crucifix above the fire mantle and prayed for them. Years later I wondered if they were souls lost/trapped between worlds - who had perished during the famine. Dunno why - just a strong sense I had. I am very sensitive and intuitive. I also experienced in that place some thing which I can only describe as giving off a sense of PURE evil and somehow wanted me - to get into me - at my soul or something. I felt this thing a few times and one of those times was a night before I would meet the priest who would wreck my vocation and life. The Abbott told me years later when it all came out that he always believed I had a 'true vocation'. Contemplative Order. Cistercian. Life was was hellish on and off for many years til something happened and it was like I read my life story in someone else's story. I knew it was wrong for this person and it began to dawn on me what had happened to me was totally wrong - sinful. He would have sex and then drag me off to confession. He would go to a different chapel for confession. I was so thick I asked him, 'But you are a priest.... can't you just forgive me ?'. The whole thing was beyond sick and totally f'ing up someone's mind, heart and soul. I never lost faith in Our Lady though - ever and still have not. She brought me back and showed me the real Jesus - not the one made in 'man's' image - but the God of Love. It was HELL. I have been through the wringer a few times. A miracle I am still alive. Two other did not make it - both took their lives. One in his 30s. The other became a priest and died in his forties. Their 'spiritual director' was the same one I had. But I fought - even when I had NOTHING but a shred of dark faith in my soul. Broken. It ended up I was considering suicide. Was sooooo dark and I had had more than enough. But I was shown the face of one of my sister's children whom I would look after at times. I adored him - two years old. His face would flash before me and then something shifted in me and I thought - 'NO WAY....... I am going to fight those b's til the end...' I spoke to Mother Mary and asked for a legion of angels to help me. I was desolate. Next morning I am speaking to an Italian nun in Rome who puts me onto a Canadian priest. I remember his name too. We spoke to a point I felt he was not taking me seriously enough and my Irish temper flared. I asked him if he had ANY FING IDEA HOW SERIOUS THIS WAS - A CASE OF LITERAL LIFE AND DEATH ? He became more himself, real again and then spoke to me about the Superior of the Order around the world. He asked me if I had ever emailed him and I remembered I had about two years previously. Then this priest told me that the Superior General had received my story and believed every word of it but I had not put contact details on it. Withing five minutes of the call - lawyers, two - one representing the priest and the other the Monastery were called off. They - one in particular were like dogs after a rabbit. Vicious with their endless letters and I could not even get a lawyer. But the Superior came here to meet me with a family member and then went directly back to the monastery to speak with the priest. I was told they were in with each other about four hours and he admitted everything. He told the Abbott that I was to receive anything and all I needed. The priest died a couple years after. The Abbott told me that 'he died hating himself'. I never ever wanted that and it wounded me deeply too. I have prayed for him since. I believe now he is OK and we will one day meet again whole and healed in Christ. Everyone is traumatised in life. I NEVER meant to say any of this. All I meant to say was that on my coming to Church again - I realised in hear and soul that spiritual abuses, any abuses - BLIND US TO BEAUTY and we need our sight restored. I would advise you not spend all your time focusing on these things you are seeing and hearing about - DIABOLICAL. He will use it to torment you some way. Just take good breaks and talk to someone who knows their stuff - theoretically and experientially. Sorry - ALL OVER THE PLACE and I cannot review or edit. Just look after YOU too - first of all - and then see to helping others as God guides them to you. God bless you both and Mother Mary GUIDE as She most surely does.
