Notes for me 1. Take proteins supplements if u r vegeterian 2.proteins put pressure on kidneys, so drink more water and eat more fruits bcz water makes mooth white and fruits make tatti smooth 3. Take protein source daily(nonveg, egg, paneer,milk,sprouts,badam,pista etc.)
