Ive seen them live 3 times at Somic Temple, Pittsburgh, and Columbus again like a week later! That was a great 15 months also getting to see TOOL 3 times too!

They are one of the few bands that are just as good live...not a lot out there. Seen them in small Tennessee theater which is way too small for a metal show bad almonds killed it still a great show but in this moment was way too loud for that tiny theater no I'm not old but we're talking about a small orchestra type theater. I will see bad omens anywhere they play

Was thinking to myself like damn there’s no crowd surfing, no ones jumping or moshing. How embarrassing. Then Noah asks “where’s the mosh pit at? Is that it??” I full felt that. Everyone just too busy with their phones in the air. Feel bad for the bad omens boys having to play to such a boring crowd.

People should be able to participate HOWEVER they feel comfortable. Why do people think there is ONLY ONE way to appreciate the performance? WHEN did participating in a mosh pit become the only acceptable way to behave at a show? Jumping up and down? IF I choose to. Or maybe not. Or when Noah cant see a mosh pit in the expansive sea of people when the sun is shining square in his eyes, that must mean there aren’t any? At the end of this video I focus solely on crowd surfing. And how in the world did intently watching and listening to a performance become disrespectful?? You can either focus on the phones or be thankful that they are there so that you can experience performances that you otherwise couldn’t have. I have seen many performers happily embrace the phones at their shows, encouraging filming and photography. One interview of an artist / band I saw recently I can’t remember who it was at the moment 🤔) mentioned that the phones are our current times show of love and appreciation. They felt that it was modern audiences way of keeping the memory alive for themselves and a way to take it home with them now that we have a way to do that. (Especially since bands don’t seem to be producing concert videos like they used to.) Not to mention that it’s fantastic exposure to new audiences. So it all depends on how you look at it. I don’t even notice the phones at shows anymore. But I sure am appreciative that they exist and that people film and post them for me to watch 😊.
