I only discovered ColetteMSLP last year, when searching for drip marble decal tutorials, but she's been posting nail art tutorials on YT for 15 years!! She is a master of watermarble, really incredible designs and technique. But she still struggles sometimes, mostly when the individual polishes don't spread or behave as expected. You can't tell this from the neatly edited tutorials on her main channel, but I've watched some recent VODs from her 12 days of Christmas watermarbling extravaganza, and it's clear that even when following her very methodical process, sometimes wonky things just happen. It's helpful to see it. Reminds me that anything we learn comes with practice practice practice... and perseverance is everything... which you showed here pretty well! I think your results look very nice, considering that this drag pattern is so complicated. Thanks for sharing, hope you have good holidays 🎄
Thank you Paul. I love that you showed the fails as well as the successes. Too often it looks so darn easy then it's discouraging when it does not turn out that way. I may even give it a try!
Thanks for showing this. Helps me temper my expectations for success with this technique. I just love it so it will be worth some practice. Appreciate your videos. Thank you.
