    As the mom of 3 now grown children, (but they were all within five years of each other) I also choose to give grace because I also worked full-time - looking back I don’t know how we did it

    5:20 people have complained about the gold edging coming off the SI Common Planner over the years too. I haven’t had any come off my T&P hybrid so I think it just depends on the batch.

    I love the T&P gold edges! So stunning compared to SI. I’ll have to check for glitter, I haven’t noticed any. I absolutely love their horizontal yearly planner. I wish they added 5 of them.

    Very much enjoyed this video. I’m trying REALLY hard to cut back to only two planners, a main one and an EDC (since I spend three hours commuting every day via train and walking, I need something tiny and portable). It’s so rare to find a one-planner content creator. I really hope you post more so I can see how you do it! I have an A5 Plans by Just Scribble for 2025, and an A6 that should arrive on Saturday, so I’m hoping I can stick to those two and not planner hop every 5 minutes all year. 😢

    I really enjoyed watching this video. Seeing how other people use their planners is always fun to watch. A planner stack video would be nice to have.

    Hello! I ordered the A5 Hybrid and am anxiously awaiting its arrival!! I am like you in that I am a vertical planner. I currently foresee myself using the horizontal spread much like you do- a messy place. I plan on putting in the dated section my To Do's that are date specific. Then I can transfer them to the vertical calendar. I will keep non date specific To Do's where you will- a running list next to the horizontal dates in a column. Wishing you well on your delivery and new baby!!

    Unfortunately, Twines and Paper’s customer service has been abysmal for over a year. I ordered a 2024 (NOT 2025) planner in August, thinking I’d be able to use it for the last 4-5 months of the year, never received it. Sent many messages, emails, etc. She answered once over a month ago, didn’t really apologize but said it must have slipped through the cracks. Still no shipment to this day. And I know several people who ordered the 2024 planner at the beginning of 2024 and waited 3-4 months for theirs, no replies. Again, we’re talking about the 2024, not 2025, planner. Some people have gotten zero replies to their messages, done a rude, curt reply. A number of people had to ask their credit cards to reverse the charges. So it’s not just people hankering to start using their 2025 planner early.

      Understood. If I had ordered from Twines & Paper last year and had that experience, I would not have ordered from them this year. I learned about them for the first time this summer so can really only speak to my personal experience with them and the comments I've seen about the issues. Hopefully they improve their customer service practices going forward.

      Same experience and she finally did give me my money back ……this was last year not this year it’s been going on for a while

      I have to eat my words . I ordered their 2025 B6 and I got it really quickly and I love it and she was so kind and it’s just her running this shop and I need to give more grace her stuff is incredible

      Well it definitely has not got better. Her post office “held dozens of packages hostage” for 2 weeks and she confirmed yesterday that she was checking every day but didn’t bother to notify anyone when she was aware of it. Only after the fact when people started to complain about 2 weeks of no shipping movement or order fulfillment did she even mention it. And some of it only came up in comments which have since been deleted. I ordered in August and now it is unlikely I will receive in 2024. With preorders, there’s no excuse not to have them in a customers hands by Christmas. Ample time to make arrangements for help and at bare minimum, tell your customers.
      As of December 12, the day the hostage packages were released, Canada is no longer accepting packages from DHL international due to Canada Post strike and that Canadians had to contact her directly to arrange alternate shipping arrangements. When asked if she would be reaching out to her Canadian clients to notify them, she went radio silent. The same thing that happened the other day when someone asked her a question about how she planned to address the orders that were being “held hostage”
      She added yesterday that she doesn’t understand why people were upset over a planner…. Her whole business model is to make us want this planner so she can pay bills! It’s so insulting to tell your clients, sorry, you’re not going to get your package by Christmas because I’m busy moving into the house we built. Thanks for the money and no refunds, no cancellations!
      The planner looks so well done, it’s such a shame. She could have an amazing company if she just get it together.
