軽トラックの上に家を建てました。
今回の舞台はとある河川敷。地元の方に食料を恵んでいただきました。
これから自作した軽トラモバイルハウスで色々やっていきます。

今回出てきた筍を細かく刻んで、市販の炊き込みご飯の素と一緒にご飯に混ぜるだけでも良さげ。

Tomatoes and peppers (first we empty them with a small spoon and use it later in the mine) staffed with beaf mince saute with the most refine Greek olive oil and cut to small pieces onions! The bathhouse... you know, I never thought about it, but this sort of small build is in part possible because of the existence of public baths. Those don't exist in my country, and so for tiny camper builds here you will always see toilet and often toilet + shower/bath built in somewhere, which is of course very difficult. I never really thought about how wonderful public baths and restrooms (also a rarity here) would be in this case.
An alternative would be a gym membership. Some American van campers usually just have a toilet and they shower on the gym.

You visit such beautiful natural spots. I would love to hear the sounds of nature- the ocean, the forest- rather than the music you play. I really like the design of your house as well as your adventures.

I like to boil my noodles from my cup of noodles separately, and once the noodles are cooked, I add warm/hot beef stew (chunky) instead of water to make the broth. It is very tasty.

Hey bro, if you want simple dishes, I'd recommend curry packets. I always loved them when I was in Japan. But if you want something homemade, you could just pack some basic ingredients found in your local grocery/market place like miso soup bases and some tofu and scallions.
Never had a chance to go camping like this but if I had the chance, I'd be packing basic ingredients here like onions, garlic, salt, soy sauce, pepper and vinegar.

In our hometown, bamboo shoots are sliced thinly and sauteed in onions, garlics and ginger. We also add pork and/or sometimes pork liver / shrimp ( depending on one's preference / budget). Add salt and pepper to taste. Best paired with rice.

簡単料理で言うとキャンプでパスタする時
茹で汁が無駄になりがちですが
100gの乾麺を二等分に折り
350mlの水に塩を少なめコンソメの素で茹でて
最後にとろける系のスライスチーズ2枚と卵一個で
混ぜ合わせます黒胡椒でカルボナーラです
あとはアレンジでレトルトでもイイし
ケチャップでナポリタンとか😊

簡単に食べる🥣作るのに「おにぎらず」はどうですか？
四角形の焼き海苔を広げ塩🧂少々ふる。
ご飯を乗せて広げ、その上にお好みの具（潰し梅干し、佃煮昆布、醤油鰹節）を乗せ
上からご飯で覆う。
次に対面の角を合わせて、ご飯でくっ付けながらたたみ和風サンドイッチ🥪にする。
あとは包丁で切るとサンドイッチらしく見えます。
具は相性の良いものならハムでもお好みでいい思います。
手も汚れませんよ。

i think using an electric rice cooker is more time saving, almost 0 failure rate and safer in a small camper vehicle with petrol like this. there are many options but i think for you alone the 1.5 or 1.8 litre rice cooker is good enough. u can cook the protein and vegies together with the rice or use the provided basket to steam them together when the rice is cooking. due to it's small size, it only needs around 20 minutes to cook well and use small amount of power too. and u don't need to look at it every 5 minutes because it turns off by itself so no burnt food anymore. i got one (1.5L) and never failed to eat warm and filling meals. it's very flexible sometimes i use the rice cooker to cook pasta and noodle soup too haha. try it please.small electric kettle also is a good thing to have. they are safer than using fire

For simple dishes you can try tomato rice. I make it often. Just boil tomotoes untill 70% cook, take out from water, add little oil in pan and just cook them. Tomoto are juicy and soak water when boiled and it gives right amount of water to make is mashy paste like. Add seasoning and rice and it is good and filling snack for me.
I am from India, we have lots of roti (idk what it is in english) and for that I make something like sauce with tomoato. Just boil them and then blend them with fresh green coriander (i think it is called that in english) and add salt. You can add garlic if you want. It goes with everything for me. I can eat bread, roti, rice, sometimes even salty biscuits with that.
I don't know any meat dishes, only vegetables ones. But I hope these can be of any help. I do think with rice one you can add egg on top or anything else. I also think soups might be best thing to explore for your adventures.
A feel a cutting board might be helpful.
I worry when watching you cut the bamboo shoots in your hands like that.

Remember, reduce the heat after the rice has boiled. Don't rush the cooking process. Rice is simple and hardy, but it also requires being done right.

Pot roast, a can of Dr Pepper and French onion soup mix
