Umm I was there and I only experienced some pollution on a couple of days when they burnt the crops nearby. Pretty good most of the time throughout the 1-2 months
February through April is the burning season. Rest of the year its like any other city. It is an awesome place - I've been 3 times & will go back for 4th next year! I have definitely thought about living in Chiang Mai often. It's probably one of the few places I'd want to live outside Australia!
@@dhammaboy1203 yes true, we have a similar period in India too, the season to burn the crops after harvesting. I loveeeed the city so much and Thailand is definitely in the top spots in my favourite destinations
