A side comment, we need to pray with love (or heart), yes, but let's not forget, for Catholics, love is not an emotion. It can be associated with it, it's beautiful when God sends us also beautiful emotions to go with it, but love is an act of the will, a choice. We freely choose to pray to God because we choose to love him, we don't necessarily feel like it and that's all fine. In a way even finer, because God rewards our struggle. Even our Catechism (#2725) tells us that prayer is a battle. We do not expect battles to be easy or consoling. We expect them to be difficult.
