In Ground RB? Yes, but when it comes to Air RB it's actually not that bad. The battles are quite enjoyable. You simply take off and get directly to the battle without gaining altitude for 15 minutes or sideclimbing.
Early jets are a place of such tomfoolery its hard to comprehand. Half the team rips their wings off, the other half cant hit anything becouse suddenly everything moves 400kph faster than they are used to. (I am in the group which rips the wings. Sea Meteor gang)

F-86 without a whole wing should crash into the ground, no way it can still fly AND wobble around like it's some spastic fucker getting electrocuted, it's been a problem since it was introduced I don't play since like a year and a half, are there still ghost F-86s running everywhere at that tier?

About a year ago they completely changed the behaviour of the 163 on the runway. If you have the 163 try. It's impossible to take off without flaps and with them you gotta be very careful. Also sometimes you spawn rotated 45° to the runway and this plane just isn't very good at taxiing or changing direction on the ground. Sometimes there is a random bump on rhe runway and you just die even though you did everything right.
3:20 You know, I legit saw a harrier gr1 once who every match took his bombs to the nearest base, dropped them pinpoint precision from like 3km up in level flight, and then pointed his nose directly at the nearest enemy airplane, bot or player, and launched all 4 SRAAMs as soon as lock was achieved, regardless of range to target. Just kept nose on target till the harrier died. There actual fucking grinding scripts being run on some of these accounts. Actual bots, unironically.
Dropping bombs with pinpoint accuracy in level flight is easy in Harriers because they have CCRP, you just set the target, keep the nose on the green line and hold bomb release, they will release automatically, that's how it works in real planes as well. It's free XP and you need to bind and press, like, 1 button to do it.
that a4e groud pounding mightve been doing a task and simply dont give a fuck, especially if he got enough ground targets killed to finish the task. I sometimes do that too
IDK, task or no task I think it would probably be better to at least put up a struggle. But at the same time A-4E stock grind is brutal, so its understandable if there was nothing he could really do
Honestly i wouldn't play jets if it wasn't for their speed. Once you get jets with afterburners, prop planes feel boring with their climb and runaway speed.
Personally, I've just managed to get a few matches in my new MiG-19, and now I think I've vowed to never take out any jet above 9.0 BR, because anywhere beyond that and you start getting unbearable missile spam from 9.7/10.0 premium and tech tree jets alike that feels cannot be dodged. So unless you get flares, you WILL get a rod railed up the old tailpipe if you're anything short of very experienced in high tier jet combat.
@@no-legjohnny3691 you should memorize which planes have missiles that are hard to dodge and make an effort to stay at an angle where they can't launch at you A-5C - the missile *can* be dodged, but it's very hard to pull off. You should be able to position yourself to not get a missile fired at you in a Mig-19. AV-8A/C - the missile can be dodged with a decent bit of maneuvering, plus the AV-8s will have a hard time getting a lock on you if you maneuver a bit pre-emptively. You shouldn't be dying to these if you stay aware. GR.1 Harrier - flies basically the same as the AV-8s, so easy to deny an angle, but *if* they get an angle, you're not moving fast enough and it's launched within 1.5km, you're never going to dodge it. You can outrun the missile, but you need to be moving very fast. The Mig-19 is one of the best planes in the game, but it takes time to learn.
Soviet tech tree mig19 gets a missile at least. I had to suffer using the german mig19 since i main germany. It takes time but its fun to fly after a while

the me163 can't stop falling apart midair for five seconds. Neg G + left roll instantly kills the wing at 700kph. I legit die more to ripping than to actual enemies. Edit: the me163 players are not to blame for failing to take off. It's so fucking rng, with full pull and landing flaps it mostly lets you take off but sometimes you snap to the ground anyway for no reason
Back before some of the recent updates the me 163 handled fine and didnt rip so easily if at all and taking of was fine. But recently there is difficulty taking off

I mean the 163 would have the fuel tanks explode randomly so pretty realistic. The tanks were filled with acid that would litterally melt the pilot so even the crew lock adds realism lmao
This kind of stuff is why I’m thankful that I had the opportunity to experience top tier jets when the F-2 Sabre , CL-13, and MiG-17 were the kings at 9.0.
The worst thing about it is the insane high repair cost. I'm really bad with my only 2 jets I got unlocked, the saber(jp). I can't really practice to get somewhat better without being bankrupt, even with premium I would still get bankrupt.

The amount of smoothbrains that launch a missile with no regards to where it would end up is insane. Doesn’t take much to look around the target for half a second to see if a friendly is pulling up their 6 cuz that missile will sure as hell lock the closer target. Have had so many times where I’ve been in a dogfight with someone and get a “friendly” missile up my exhaust due to a Neanderthal launching when he sees red
I tell you what’s really special and fun, being at 10.0 with no flares, no chaff, no RWR, no decent AAM, and an insanely large bullseye painted on your arse whilst all other nations that have the copypaste version actually have better versions than the originals. Ah the simultaneous sheer joy and pain of flying the F104A and the next USAF F104.
I had issues too with the 163/200, but what i realized is you have to get to about 110ish mph and angle up at the slightest and it lets you take off every time. Wastes about a minute of fuel and the whole runway though :/
It's a classic now, for my part i mostly got good games but sometimes i see new players coming into premium early jets and cannot handle the speed, taking off, shoot correctly a missile and where even my grandma have a better AIM than them, try to dodge the up mid tier or play a lot with low tiers for these reasons ; Biplanes give you the principe, Monoplanes the dodge and AIM & early jets will give you a new face on how to evolve what you learn from them. Little tips -Altitude give you new possibilities for missiles and angles of attack with mg's or cannons but keep an eye on you speed when you start an offensive. (always take 3000+ in mid tier (5000alt the Airfield AA is useless)) -Close quarter is good for the speed hit & run (all depend your type of playing (i prefer the cannons) & the tier is mostly for early jets where afterburner is rare) -learn all the characteristics of your plane, the war is not fair for all. -Go on the internet & search the different doctrines and their encounter. (The stall fight is an important one) -If you get jets, take AB with a 4.0-6.0 in high tier & get a kill to have 20k silver lions free for your economy with the "divine". I am not a pro player but hope that help a little, otherwise thanks captain Obvious.

Not sure, but that F-105D missile teamkill can also be Gaijin's weird lock-on mechanic... Have had that happen one time to me too... Missile spools up, continues to stay locked on enemy, then right as I click fire, it switches lock to friendly (despite enemy not moving in any way that would've reduced their heat signature)
i just got my first jet it's the squadron me 262 and boy was it fun and playing as early jets is unique there is not that many AAM locking at you and you still use conventional weapons like autocannons and machine gun and the new feeling of going more than 500+ km/h is just new to me :D (also the airspawn is really usefull smh)
I feel like the only time I see my own teammates is A. When I crit an enemy plane and they suddenly appear to gangbang it B. When they accidentally throw AAMs up my ass

To be fair the me 163 is kinda fucked up right now. It physically prevents you from taking off you gotta try to wiggle it and other tricks and hope that it let's you

idk, throughout the entire spading process of Ki-200, I havent crashed a single time. Just use landing flaps and keep pulling up as hard as possible

Not sure, but that F-105D missile teamkill can also be Gaijin's weird lock-on mechanic... Have had that happen one time to me too... Missile spools up, continues to stay locked on enemy, then right as I click fire, it switches lock to friendly (despite enemy not moving in any way that would've reduced their heat signature)

i just got my first jet it's the squadron me 262 and boy was it fun and playing as early jets is unique there is not that many AAM locking at you and you still use conventional weapons like autocannons and machine gun and the new feeling of going more than 500+ km/h is just new to me :D (also the airspawn is really usefull smh)
