Hiya max your so brave doing this xx your mum would be so proud of you I also struggle with grief I lost my dad and my two friends including your mum with in a year of each other, I suffer with aniexty I fear that I will die in my sleep this fear stops me from falling asleep I don’t know if you have experienced this
