Nice one libby. Why didn't i think of that. Just put a line in my contract that says my clients accept all risks, and wont sue me. Brilliant. Wonder why insurance exists if it is that easy
In construction work if the contract is done as design and built then who pay the premium of the professional indemnity insurance..contractor himself or the employer/ Client????
