@@nevin733 yes , i am a 3 rd pharm D student, in foreign countries like USA pharm D duration and syllabus is different, but in India B pharm and M pharm people are teaching pharm D and also no jobs in India after completing this course, u can compare pharm D syllabus in different countries in Google if you want, drugs used in there is also different, to work there we have to complete naplex,kaps etc.. pharm D also have yearback system, not having sem wise exam having year wise exam.
Still no post for clinical pharmacist in nearby hospitals, Pharm D course is a marketing business of different private colleges, it's management , Universities to earn money 🤑
D pharm,B pharm and M pharm are better for poorly developed countries like India. Because they can work in different fields and having many scope also
