I think he's taking out the residual left in the scalp from using too much product, right?
It 's a condition called scalp psoriasis , basically dead skin if I'm no wrong

its not the same person, different skin tones, hair colors. but they are in asia and usually people have very dark hair which is why it looks so similar
Also its several diff ppl, if u observe closley at his vids there ppl w longer hair and some with pixie cut type hair 🫶🫶@carlmclaggne
