Gotta say, I really like Lutra for WC IPA's and Pale Ales. Maybe it's kveik's pH-lowering properties that have a positive impact on the hops here.

That is good to hear. I am more excited about using Lutra for more of a "clean ale" yeast than for making pseudo-lagers. If I want to have a few beers going at a time, my fermentation chamber can be a bottle neck. I have had good luck with making Hazy Pale Ales and IPAs with Voss, but you have to play around the characters it adds to a beer.

Oops, your bru-1 lol. Got mixed up again. Had a brew say today and enjoyed a couple home brews and a German beer my neighbor brought back from Germany a couple weeks ago. My first smoked beer. It was good

I have not brewed with Bru-1 yet myself, but I have had several commercial beers brewed with it. Azacca, El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic are 4 hops that I keep cycling back to. They are good quality hops that are easily available at a reasonable price (vs chasing some of the latest New Zealand or Australian hops). Hopefully Bru-1 will fit into my list of staples.
