I think so, especially with his condition. One of youtuber has knees injury and he's free from military duty because of it. He made a video about it too.
Super Junior's Kim Heechul has a metal insert in his left leg from a car accident (caused by saesangs that were stalking his car at that time) and due to that he cannot perform his military services. It's painful for him to even walk for long extended periods of time, let alone any strenuous activities. Performing on stage with his band members is even more heartbreaking for him since SuJu has to accommodate their routine to revolve around him since he cannot dance for very long besides short sections. If Seungwoo's condition is an extreme case like Heechul's, they will not have him do his service due to legit medical reasoning.

I really feel him... I had water retention and it was bad. I was literally bedridden and I had to use those special tights like what he used around my joints so i could bend them. I am soo glad he got better. He's soo strongggg😭😭❤️❤️❤️
@@hswxbae9107 It really depends on the kidney and how much it was effected. Mine was almost one year because my kidney was really swollen, and I had to go through biopsy. My whole body was bloated (ard 10kg of water). I think his recovery would be hopefully a few months since its only ard his knee. ❤️ No worries, I'm better now thanks! 💕
