My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book " Polyglot Notes" became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!
Well guys don't expect that this works like magic, it is scientifically impossible to learn all of those words while sleeping but maybe somehow it will make you more fluent or something similiar
It is actually to.helo get your brain and subconscious more attuned to the language and how things are said. Like how you listen to music and after a while you can sing along
No, HE doesn't.,The short list of the ugliest sounds would surely include the sound uttered by (most) Swedes when pronouncing,e.g., sju (seven). chye.Terrible. Say 27 tjugo-sju in Swedish....chyechy or something like that.
sorry ,who is on my telephone ? i could't learn one person is on my line even when i was in school ,also he is fallwing by his bad spriti if you can't stop my God is sleep
Hi just my opinion but i think it should be the English first then the Swedish. Because you introduce the native words being translated first then how to say it in the language you are trying to learn your brain is ready so associate the foreign language.

What stupid phrases, who's the genius who thought these up? "Do I speak English?" "Am I a student?" Oh, those are useful.... "Am I an engineer?" "Was I a teacher?" Who would even say that, except an amnesia victim?!
Logically this is faulty. First you have to say the sentence I’m English, then repeat it in Swedish three times. Then the learner already knows what is being said, recognises patterns. This is a mess this way. The only benefit is the slow and followable pronounciation of Swedish texts.

it’s literally not scientifically impossible. it’s the opposite actually 😭
This is a passive review exercise it only reinforces previously learned words
Looks nice to learn in your sleep, But not when there are advertisements between.
