Quelle joie de voir qu'il a l'air bien maintenant! Je suis sûr qu'il doit être pas mal plus heureux que lorsqu'il était plus jeune! Et il est devenu très fort, les "sweat push-ups" ont bien payé! :)
Amazing! I dont think I have ever seen anyone come up out of splits with just the shear force power of thier legs and he made it look as easy as the flick of a finger.
@@JANJAN-vw3km Not really, for handbalancing you need also a part of strength. Shoulders elevation doesn't works for 5+hours lmao. It's true you need high volume on technical moves stay humble and train what your body can or the injury will catch you in one week :)
@@lucas59190 i agree, you should be strong for handbalance. And yes you will have to listen to the body and not overdo it. But if you have the strength and experience, you can train handstands for hours a day, everyday... ive seen many circus schools and at top level, you are looking at around 4-6 hours of handbalance+, together with another hour to 2 on stretching and maybe even some basic strength exercises
Jon Petersen ok it may not be a handstand pushup but still, i dont think anyone actually ever pushed their entire bodyweight on one arm while balancing on it
This guy is mudafukin STRONG, wish i was as strong as him, gonna work my ass off now to get to his level or maybe even beyond him (hopefully), truly inspirational
no the right answere is: You won't get beyond there, because there isn't really a beyond. Well u can do a maltese and a manna but thats basically it.Thats not said, that he can't do a maltese. It's properly just not beautiful enough. In terms of balance he is right on the top
Oh,my bad,I thought that 90 degree push up should be done with straight arms, and that people are just making it easier by bending the arms. I didn't know those tho were different elements with different names. But when I think about it,it's logical: you bend your arms when doing any type of push ups,so technicly looking, planche press to handstand really can't be called a push up. :D
well anatoly had way better artistic( means better dance, better expression, I really like his performance) but isn't even close in strenght to Cai.( but who is?) He had even problems with a straddle planche. Balance wise they are pretty even I would say
Watch this video with the elephants that broke the record of views on my channel, almost 14 million. th-cam.com/video/h-uAIhNFyEE/w-d-xo.html
This is perhaps the single greatest demonstration of true body weight mastery that I have ever seen. I am in awe.
fr
I just actually lost my mind a little bit when he did the strict one arm elbow lever to handstand
Exactly 🤩
The single movement I have yet to see anyone repeat it.
🥰
Hi I'm CaiYong!Thank you for my video record!
Can you give me email video?
Cai Yong, have u ever trained Manna or maltese?
You're very great bro, please give me the secret to all this
Do you train calisthenics?
Single elbow lever to handstand ... OMG, didn't even know it was possible

Wow, so beautiful!! That is movement
Wow. Truly amazing. This guy is the man!
That is an oustanding performance right there. He did some amazingly hard moves. I bet he trains 8+ hours a day.
Not at all how strength training works but ok
@@OneDerscoreOneder it is how handbalance works, most pro's work a minimum of 5 hours a day up to 8/9 hours

Thank you Cai, you're one of my biggest inspirations! Perfection!
Thank you, there are many new circus video on line now. .-)
I've seen many of these skills in thousands of YT vids. But this is sth new. Absolutely unbelievable.
2:25
did he just do a one arm handstand push up o_0, i swear down that thing is considered to be impossible since no one have done it. JESUS
Is a one arm 90 degree push up ( from one arm Planche to one arm handstand)
Jon Petersen ok it may not be a handstand pushup but still, i dont think anyone actually ever pushed their entire bodyweight on one arm while balancing on it
ave u ever seen valera kishenko?

almost no swing, when he did that OA 90 degree! Only a little swing just to dislocate... just amazing strength!
At some point I swear he´s flying
welcome to the next level..
I saw it but I still can't believe the transition at 2:25!
Amazing balance and strength!
Breathtaking...
that is, IMPRESSIVE
1. How old is this performer?
2. How difficult is that push up to a one handed handstand (2:25) looks amazingly hard?
Unfassbar!!!
QUE GENIAL.
And raised out of them with straight arms - that's crazy!
incredible! I saw his show in france at cirque PINDER it was fantastic!
🥰
VERY BEAUTIFUL AND EXITING!! :)
I LOVEEEE THIS!!!!!! :))

DeVBestt it's been three years how did it went?
You won’t get beyond that if you’re not planning to go to a strict circus school in Asia, be realistic

Wow seriously cool stuff
2:25 was a one arm 90 degree push up and without swing. Simply amazing.

I saw a show of a I'd in china that balance like this wonder if is the same boy
what is the name of this song?
anatoly zalevsky or this guy?
I wonder if he can do a planche?
What's the name of the move at 3:05 ?
Thank you, there are many new circus video on line now. .-)
2:51 how this move is called?
Static hold is called planche, and when he goes from planche to handstand, that's called 90 degree pushup,or as some are calling it,air pushup. :)

full planche press to handstand
Full planche press
fucking god of balance only shit!!
@maury94 extremely hard chinese level
he copied Anatoly Zalievsky but he did it well, except that this kid is 19 years old and Anatoly is over 40 ,
Morgan Olfursson you are an idiot
well anatoly had way better artistic( means better dance, better expression, I really like his performance) but isn't even close in strenght to Cai.( but who is?)

@zanjistic"i wonder if he can do a planche" he did a couple times in this vid 3:45 for instance
