There seems to be a whole lot sugar in the dough and then you just fill it with more sugar? I prefer to put syrup or marmalade. Plus cinnamon to the dough gives it a nice touch. No need to roll them btw. I usually prepare the pancakes and let the girls to fill them with various fillings and roll as preferred. It became sort of a ritual. :)
The striped variety is definitely cool. I'll try it next time.

Son ricos estos panqueques. Yo los hice por primera vez sin saber como se preparaban.. solo por instinto de mi gusto y sin querer use exactamente los mismos ingredientes a diferencia que los rellenaba con chocolate nutella y frutilla.
