Operation Motherland is the world mode other than story mode, and can be enabled by pressing the button prompt on the lower right corner of your tacmap. Once you activate Operation Motherland, you need to complete the first region to unlock the other ones. Once that is done, the rest of the regions can be completed in any order, meaning you can go straight to the region with the vest. You need to complete a few destabilization missions before you can unlock the final mission though, but I believe its only 2-3, and most are relatively simple.
The VDV Spetsnaz in MW2 especially the red digital camos look so intimidating
The red digital camo of MW2's VDV is one of my favorite faction looks in any game. It doesn't blend in with much, but it looks so cool.

How did u got Russian defender 2?
It's unlocked from the Operation Motherland mission: 'Guns for the Outcasts'. I believe it's the last mission in AG.CODON (Sinking Country / Fen Bog).
