I don’t really have a big testimony but when I was 15 I started to self-harm. I suffer with really bad depression and anxiety. I was recently diagnosed with schizophrenia ( TMI ) I know. I stopped self-harming when I was 22 ( I’m not 25 ) but I relapsed. But I’ll be a year sober of self-harming in June and I’m excited about ♥️
