This is amazing for me it was a spontaneous find ...attracted by the colour ..the first time I heard it I was in an emotional place and needed to express it ..I wanted sleep lauded down played this and tears fell from my eyes in a steady stream for a long time could be half hour one hour ..it was amazing I saw my life in retrospect before my eyes and was only forgiving everyone and myself ❤️❤️💚this time I clicked not remembering ...and instantly the first hummmmmmmmm I remembered the vibration ..Thankyou so much 🤗

I heard this helps with sleep. I go to bed at 7:30 am sometimes late as 11 in the morning and awake at 4-5 pm. I really need to fix this and I am struggling so badly. It’s like I’m paralyzed when it comes to having the energy to be awake at a normal time. It’s upsetting my mental health and affecting how I spend my day.
