Day 8 Liquidity Part 1 Liquidity: Is resting orders: stop(getting out of a trade), limit (buy limit or sell limit when a certain line is hit you get in or out the market). In short it is when a lot of people are getting into and out the market a lot of money in circulation at the time. We try to go the same way as the bank which is who controls the market and decides where it wants to go. So in 2 days we will learn how to spot it and how to go the same way with the bank. It’s like a trend change and break of structure. Where it’s a shift. If there is no shift we don’t do anything we wait for confirmation. Take trades with confluence with the market. Liquidity is where the bankers want to fill the orders so the move the markets in the direction they want. And that is where we want to execute with them. Homework Understand the concept of Liquidity (watch video multiple times if you have to) …… If you’ve made it this far congratulations let’s keep going.

This helped me understand the term "Resting Orders" : Resting orders are the silent bids and asks hanging in the air, waiting for their match. They're not actively being shouted out by auctioneers, but they represent the potential demand and supply at specific price points. These orders come in various flavors: Limit Orders: These are like pre-written bids or asks with a price condition attached. They declare, "I'm willing to buy/sell this stock at this price or better (limit price)." These orders patiently wait for the market price to align with their conditions, contributing to the potential liquidity at specific price levels. Stop Orders: Think of these as conditional triggers. They whisper, "If the price reaches a certain level (stop price), then automatically submit a buy/sell order at the market price." These orders act as safety nets or entry points based on anticipated market movements. Unfilled Orders: These are like bids or asks already submitted but still awaiting execution. The market simply hasn't yet reached the price point specified in the order. They linger as a silent promise of potential future trades.

started late but here's what i learned: liquidity is where traders have a bunch of rest orders. this is important to market movers because they use those rest orders to fulfill their large orders. this is important to us because we are able to act in accordance with the market movers, once we have confirmation through a break of structure
@@humamalyassiry9580 A resting order is an order that has been placed but not filled. For example, price is at $100 for ABC. I put in a buy order at $95. That is a resting order. Say you put in a sell order at $105. Thats also a resting order.
Hey can I just ask? So basically in very layman term, liquidity, is basically MM and Banks waiting for say, e.g. 100 people to come to fill the "massive" order they are putting out to the market, that can move the directions? So if I have 99 people, they (Banks, MM) ain't gonna fill till it reach the 100 people quota, which would otherwise be liquidity sweep? Is that so?

You have seriously helped me start looking at so many things differently and I cannot thank you enough. Im excited to keep growing my trading knowledge while growing as a person.
hey man, I recently came across this series and am now on my forex trading journey. I was just wondering how life is going for you now, did you finish the series and was it helpful?
Liquidity is basically when alot of money is moving in or out of a market Banks and institutions want to seek liquidity so they can move the market in the direction they want to. They want a lot of people going in the opposite direction so they can get their orders filled and they can move the market We want to understand where liquidity is so we can get in at the beginning of a move so we know where market wants to go. We must see where resting orders are and watch the market push to that price point and a shift in direction of market structure. (We don't do anything if there isn't a price shift). We want to take these trades so we have confidence in the market. We want to go in the same direction as the market.
Day 8: Liquidity: Essentially liquidity is a “resting order” (getting out of a trade) There’s multiple different orders that we can consider liquidity as for example- stop orders: Imagine you’re playing a video game, You're doing really well, and you've earned a lot of points. But you're worried that you might lose them all if you make a mistake. A stop order is like a safety net. It's a way to say, "If my points drop below this level, please automatically sell my game and cash out my points." So, if your points start to drop and reach the level you set, the game will automatically sell itself to protect your points. Why use a stop order? To protect your profits: If you've made a lot of points and you're worried about losing them, a stop order can help you keep them. To limit your losses: If you're losing points and you don't want to lose too much, a stop order can help you sell the game before you lose too many points. Remember: Stop orders are a tool to help you manage your risk, but they're not a guarantee that you won't lose any points. Limit orders: like a buy limit or a sell limit meaning that when these price targets get hit, its activating something, its either taking you out of the market or its entering you into the market. Imagine you're at a garage sale. You see a toy you really want, but it's more expensive than you're willing to pay. A limit order is like telling the seller, "I'll buy this toy if it's on sale for $10 or less." If the seller lowers the price to $10 or less, you'll get the toy. But if the price stays above $10, you won't buy it. So, with a limit order, you're setting a maximum price you're willing to pay for a stock. If the stock price reaches or falls below that price, you'll buy it. But if the price stays above your limit, you won't buy it. Why use limit orders? * To control your costs: Limit orders help you avoid paying more than you're willing to for a stock. * Set price targets: You can use limit orders to buy or sell a stock at a specific price level. * Reduce risk: Limit orders can help you limit your losses if the stock price falls below your limit price. That’s pretty much what liquidity is. It’s a price point and when that gets achieved people are going to be entering the market and exiting the market. Meaning there’s a lot of money getting cycled through the market during this point in time.

so liquidity shows us how easy the marked is - when high liquidity there are more buyers and sellers so you can easily sell or buy your assets without causing a big impact on the price. when low liquidity its the opposite, fewer buyers and sellers causing it to be harder to sell or buy assets and the price could change more when you trade.

It's the LARGEST and MOST IMPORTANT part of the strategy. It's a pool of money - we target this area to take a ride with the smart money on their big moves! We're trying to: 1) figure out where the resting orders are; 2) see market push through that price point; 3) see a shift in direction of market structure. IF WE DON'T SEE IT WE DON'T TRADE!!!

Thank you for the work man, I mean it.
Ending made me laugh lmao you fs from Florida 😂😂 But anyways once again you made another great video. I can’t wait to truly learn about liquidity sweeps. Already I’ve learned so much from this and I’m starting to come up with a trading strategy of my own involving the things you taught about breaking structure, dojis/candlesticks, and trends. I’m hoping to learn so much a bout liquidity sweeps so I can also add that as well. Then once you reveal your trading strategy I’m hoping to mix it up with the one I’m creating so far. As always, thanks for the free course and keep up the good work 🔥🎉

DAY 8 LOVIN THESE VIDS TJR !!
Phew good thing it ended he almost flipped me off
NOTES
Liquidity: is resting orders: stop(getting out of a trade), limit (buy limit or sell limit when a certain line is hit you get in or out of the market).
In short, it is when a lot of people are getting into or out of the market and a lot of money is in circulation at a certain time
We try to go the same way as the bank who controls the market and decides where it wants to go.
What is it? A price point and when it gets achieved people will be entering and leaving the market
Why is it important? Being able to read the liquidity will make a trade easier
crushing this sh!# here for the long run
How are you doing bro?
Thank you TJR

improving everyday 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉
Day 8 done!
Time to gear up for DAy 9. cmon guys you got this!!
Amazing video bro i'm on my journey LETSS GET THE BAGS
Thank you sir tjr
You're genius bro
