A Romantic Evening Tea Play at a Festival from the 1960s Russia.

The Moscow tea tradition dates back more than 300 years. This aromatic drink was first brought to Russia in 1638 under Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich. But it was only under Catherine II that the passion for tea passed to the court elite. In the 19th century, all classes could afford it, and Moscow received the title of the tea capital of Russia.
At the festival there was a performance in the spirit of the traditional Moscow Tea Party theater, literally from the memories of Muscovites of the 1960s.
