I have the Toadfish Pro--been using it at my new Oyster Bar job for the last 6 months. I love it, and recommend it to everyone!

@@vqn90 I completely disagree! I've used over 8 different shucking knives, read all the reviews, I work with over 30 different oyster species and this knife does the best job for me--I don't see myself replacing it for a while and I've tried. It's the best all around considering what I work with as far as smaller oysters go. The white handled blade is perfect for smaller thin east coast oysters. If you're using it for anything deep cup it's probably going to break because it's not meant for anything larger than a certain size.😀
I know people that have broken the blue handled blade, but it's a sensitive device that requires skill and finesse. If you're prying with it incorrectly, the blade will certainly chip on the wrong shaped oyster.
The white handled blade is perfect for medium/medium large sized oysters. Anything larger, I'd use a Galveston Knife.😮
