It disturbs me to hear her say some of their Hungarian workers couldn't figure out how to handle money and "they were real low life people" as if that were the consequence of not handling money. I really don't believe they had workers who couldn't count. Clearly they didn't trust the workers or like them much as they called them low lifes; so why employ them?

I think at that time a lot of people were peasants in Europe & their attitude towards their workers they all paid for. Let’s just hope the world has learned the lessons

@@carly8165It sounds awful today but unfortunately people did think like that especially Eastern Europeans. They looked down on peasants. That is why so many people emigrated to the States early 20th century.

@@carly8165that kind of attitude was common and didn’t earn them much sympathy from the locals. Karma repaid. ‘For no reason at all’

They treated the peasants like dirt and then wondered why they were hated? Seems pretty obv tbh

It takes more then a year to become a dressmaker....learning how the make the pattern and cut....it’s not a master dressmaker it’s just a dressmaker lady.

Typical attitude. People who never did a hard days work disrespected the working class. And then they wonder, 🤔 why they’re hated so much. All the billionaires think they’re safe in their bunkers after the apocalypse 😂 good luck with that attitude!
