Kuki Shinobu allows Nahida to stay longer and effectively to break the Abyss Lectors shield due to her healing abilities and also quicken reaction. And also effective in breaking Cryo shield when Dehya's burst is not fully charged.
Fischl wouldn’t be able to activate her ascension talent since Neuvillette is not normal attacking so it would be a DPS loss, also since Dehya is doing some burgeon as well that damages the team so Shinobu is a better choice since she heals and can also increase her own EM when she’s low HP at higher constellations allowing for better damage than Fischl
