Someone told me about a renovated factory / mill where you had to be 55 or either on disability to rent one. They were like $400 per month including internet. I went to check them out and they were beyond gorgeous. Office manager told me I made just a little too much to qualify but they owned a building down the street. It was a renovated civil war building and $700 per month included absolutely everything ! At the same time, shes shoving papers at me to sign. I told her I was still under a lease and I was just starting to shop. She says : " IF you snooze you lose ! " I told her I just could not believe the price ....is this haunted ??? She looks down at her desk and says : " well some have said they see things but I never have. " I am not a SC native but as I asked around town.... found out I truly dodged a bullet on this one !!!
When they lower the price yeah its pretty bad, my brother currently lives in a condo that someone passed away in of natural causes and none happened to him
There are three states that have to tell potential buyers if a house is haunted. It's California, South Dakota, and Alaska. You are right though they should tell people.
In some states they have to tell you, in others they have to answer if you ask. So, all in all always ask if the place has had any odd occurrences happening or if someone was killed/murdered. Real estates agents have to tell the truth.

Having worked apartment maintenance before myself. If the add says " freshly renovated " it most likely means stuff went down in that apartment. Sometimes it does mean tbe apartment needed everything upgraded due to age .
Also depends on how much deferred maintenance was done in the apartment with the previous tenant, which can also be an issue as I've looked at buying apartment buildings for sale and the maintenance teams with long term tenants would just do the bare minimum for doing any upkeep, putting off doing actual repairs (such as caulking a hole in a closet door and having tenants use floor fans with car air fresheners tied on to deal with all the mold on the ceilings of the units).
All the shows about hauntings - the ghosts who haunt are either lost and need help or earthbound by bad deeds committed in their physical lives. The good spirits find the Light and go to the higher realms. That's why these earthbound ghosts haunt the houses, etc. They need to be shown how to find the Light or be sent away. Eventually, they will have the chance to reincarnate and make amends for past karma. This seems a good series so I have subscribed.
I live about 15min from this neighborhood and the haunting lore is very alive! There are ghost tours all throughout the suburbs, its rich in history and trauma. I currently live in an old building about 100yrs old that was once a hotel now apartments. Ive personally never seen or felt anything except in the basement where laundry is done-it looks like an old hospital examining room.
We used to get this show on TV, but lost the channel because of the greedy new cable provider. They cut it from our regular list of channels that we could get. I am so glad I found this video! TFS! ~Janet in Canada
More likely the network wanted more money from the cable provider (which happens regularly in the US as well, especially as the Discovery Network group are notorious for high access fees). Effectively, you buy cable channel bundles since those bundles allow a set numbers of channels to be in those packages for a specific price, but when networks increase their fees to the cable and satellite providers, those providers have a choice. Raise the package price, shuffle the channel over to more expensive packages, or drop the channel altogether.

Strange apartment. I get a claustrophobic dark cramped vibe from the living room as they step through the door. Almost thought they entered a dungeon or cave. Seems like it definitely had a strange vibe then the fact that it has been re done and disturbed im not surprised.
I lived in Arizona and me and my husband were a young married couple moving into our first apartment together. This apartment was very haunted. I’ve never experienced the haunting like I have at this apartment complex. I went into an early preterm labor with my first son. What I seen haunts me to this day. I know it was real, because we moved out and ended up moving into another building in another apartment. Then there it still continued. I witnessed and experienced the most terrifying hauntings. I was young and didn’t take it seriously. I wish I had. That apartment complex is very haunted. What’s there is not human entity. It’s the land itself that has to be haunted. I told my husband one day I like to go back just to see. Maybe take a medium with me. I moved back to West Virginia in 2009. One day I may go back. If I get the chance.

Not all hauntings are based on something traumatic… some could be just staying around for unsolved reasons or to watch over loved ones… not all hauntings become negative nor physical

I like this show, but some of the episodes drag on and on. Like they don't have enough content, so they just add stupid scenes to take up the extra time! This is one of those episodes that bores the he** out of me. It took to long to get to the ghost scenes.

This episode is a prime example of the Stone Tape Theory. Rocks recording events and the renovations triggering playbacks. There's a lot of unknowns still out there and I don’t doubt rocks/stones are capable of recording and storing information.
The psychic should have told the cops about the homicide she saw in a residual haunting. It likely was only a few years old and probably unsolved as well, which is why the energy or spirit keeps replaying the act. Many spirits either won’t or can’t cross over until their death is resolved.

The producers really need to invest in some new stage props and new background drops. In almost every single episode, no matter what the haunting, it’s the exact same hallway, the exact same kitchen, the exact same living room, time to change it up a bit!

Other than that we get along just fine and coexist just fine. Even made friends with a few of them after a while

I get that they don't want to show up to every house with creaky floor boards, but when you're contacted about full bodied apparitions... well, let's just say any LEGIT paranormal investigator would definitely show up for that. If this chick was actually legit, she would have gotten off her lazy butt the first time she was contacted.
