Such a fascinating glimpse into the alpine time in the Bernese Oberland! Watching the process of making traditional Alpine cheese was both educational and inspiring. The hard work and dedication of the Alpine family really shine through. Thanks for taking us along on this beautiful journey - what a unique experience to see the cows grazing on those lush pastures and the cheese being made from start to finish!
Swiss cheese is one of my very favorites of all types of cheese. 👌 Now I have SO MUCH respect for the alpine farmers who must really make a wonderful product. 👍 SO MUCH work SO early in the morning. Wonderful video :) reminds me of growing up and spending my summers on my grandfathers alps in the Kiental area 45-50 years ago. No electricity at the time so no cheese making robots or milking machines - all hand work.
The work of farmers should be highly evaluated. We must thank them and cows for good milk and cheese. I hope the ambient beautiful nature and cute cows put their minds at peace. 😊

We had it here too, on vacation in Kiental, viele wegen, paden gesperrt, and yesterday also big 'Gewitter'. I know from your previous video's you live kindof close to the Muhlibach... Hopefully no damage to your property! These thunderstorms were inmense...

Well, perhaps a short video on the train driver, why they do the job, how they prepare for their day, do they enjoy what they do, best journey they’ve done and why, where do go for their vacation, maybe feature the owner or workers at one of the smaller hotels you visit, day in their life, or possibly a chocolatier, how they create and make their chocolates and why Swiss chocolate is so special,

Es zeigt auch was für eine schwere körperlche Artbeit dahinter steckt, Respekt an Lea, 47 Jahre alt und jeden Tag 20 Kilo aus der Schüssel zu ziehen ist auch eine Knochenarbeit. Dass Sie dabei keine Rücken/Kreuzschmerzen hat wundert mich😯, wobei wahrscheinlich verwendet Sie dabei auch die richtige Hebetechnik. Körperlich fit scheint Sie ja zu sein💪. Ich war als Kind auch 1x in der Besuch einer Käserei in der Schweiz, war glaube ich so 1992/1993, es war in der Nähe von Appenzell, als meine Eltern mit uns den Urlaub bei einem Bekannten in Arbon verbracht haben. Da kommen Sie wieder hoch die Kindheitserinnerungen, ich hatte noch den Geruch damals in der Nase👃 von der Käserei, mir als Kind war er aber zu streng,😣, heute sieht es anderst aus, heute mag ich den Geruch von einem schönen würzigen Käse🧀. Was ist eigentlich dein Lieblingskäse aus der Schweiz? Ich mag Appenzeller und Emmentaler am liebsten Die Kühe haben aber auch ein sehr näturliches Leben ohne großen Stress, und sind sehr vertraut, hast du auch ein paar streicheln können? Ich kann mich noch erinnern du hast doch schonmal ein Video am 08.10.2023 gedreht als die Kühe zum Almabtrieb mit großen Blumenkränzen und Glocken ausgerüstet worden sind, da hattest du auch eine Käserei gefilmt. Sehr interessant. Ich hoffe, dass die kleinen handwerklichen Spezialkäsereien in der Schweiz lange überleben und nicht den Großkonzernen Platz machen müssen. In der Thuner Innenstadt gibt es ein schönes Käse-Geschäft, das sich wohl überwiegend von den Kleinbetrieben beliefern lässt. Da gehen einem die Augen über. Ansonsten kaufen wir auch von den Beizlis.
