Such a nice and chill interview! I love listening people talk about their own art and passions instead of just anwering the same old questions. And when the interviewer shares the same passion and knowledge it can create genuinely interesting conversations. So more of these pls!

Excellent interviewer Anna ! Intelligent thought provoking questions that gave the viewer different information about the band that was interesting to hear for sure ! You took your time to let them respond and they were quite amazed by some of your questions ! "Favorite note "and " must have song on your playlist " were really good ! You're a natural and I loved the setting just you and the guys across the table ! Simple and direct contact ! You did a fantastic job! My only question would be why did you keep your shades on ? Wow the atmosphere and mood seems to be so jolly over there. I just came back from the Exit festival in Novi Sad, Serbia, where i went to see Sepultura, Tankard, Nervosa and others... I have a split lip and a dislocated thumb on my left hand. Nose slightly swollen as well 😂 metalheads seem to be less scary in Finland, great vlog and interview!

@@annavaskelainen yeah, there are always guys who's entire purpose is to smash people up in mosh pits. 100+kg gorillas with faces straight out of Mordor 😁 not a huge Lost Society and metalcore fan in general, but i saw his reviews of Alexi Laiho signature guitars, seems like a cool dude and for sure great guitarist.
Looking forward to seeing Beast in Black with Nightwish, assuming nothing's changed of course. If not I'll catch then in Bristol UK in 2023. Everyone has been singing their praises on the Nightwish forums.

First of all: Liked that clip and the interview and i am looking forward to more of that.
You had preset questions, but followed the direction the talk went, which is exactly how it is supposed to be done.
Some suggestions, if i may:
For the start of the interview i would recommend either a bit of smalltalk or perhaps one or two questions, that your guests do not have to think about. This should help to loosen tensions and get the talk going. You can always edit that part out later. I say this because a couple minutes in the talk became way more relaxed.
It might also help to put some water on the table even if noone drinks any, but it gives the idea of a private setting which is usually helpful for this type of talk.
Also i liked Antons remark, that too much of the same type of music becomes overwhelming, as a hint for your reaction videos: i also like a wide variety of musical styles.

We did talk before the interview; laughed and chatted and their tour manager joined our banter too!
Sometimes when you are interviewing more than one person, it takes a while for them to find their flow in answering.
The places where I got to interview these artists were very unpredictable so it was really hard to plan where we should sit or think about putting drinks on the table etc. Often there were other interviews lined up right after ours so it was the case of just quickly saying hi and then sitting down by the nearest table and push the record button hahah!
It is my intention to keep the variety in different genres in my channel. Lately I intentionally did more metal reactions since I knew I was going to Tuska. xx

@@pfeilchen No worries! It's always difficult to relax and focus on one thing at a festival environment too. My mics filtered off a lot of the extra noice happening around us etc. But the atmosphere within our conversation was very warm and we were already talking about having another interview in the near future. 😇

No really, that was awesome! You made us wait for it long enough though, but this was absolutley great.
One minor little critic: make sure next time you bring a glass of water.....so when at the end of an interview you ask metal performers what song people should add to there playlist and one says Dua Lipa..... you can THROW IT IN HIS FACE! 🤪🤣🤣

Thursday starts "Stoned from the underground". Only 2500 people. Stoner rock bands from all over the world and some small more underground bands.

@@annavaskelainen that kind of tablecloths are still very common in Greece. It was the last expected thing to see at a metal festival backstage scene..! Our mothers and grandmother's knit them by the hand in all kinds of shapes and patterns, and its a custom to be gifted to the daughters of their family when they are married. Many years back ,they displayed them everywhere in the house (table ,side table, even above those big old TV 's and it was a sign of luxury somehow!! Maybe it belonged to Yannis ,he brought it from Greece? 🤣 Very nice interview, thank you!! We love Beast in Black, especially Yannis 🖤
