you are right about the skill level for a seth player..he or she who plays seth sometimes just depend on luck!! you dash and you SPD and that is it...Seth is a mix up char...you know the game and you know how to play it but when playing against a seth or ibuki you just have to be more careful and you have to create a totally different game style and you have to develop a game plan other wise you are just a puppet that seth is playing with...He is the PUPPET MASTER you know :)
sorry, last comment went off, and I couldn't elaborate. I guess that is highly unlikely to see Poongko on these kind of local tournaments. Maybe something more big and picking players from all asia (godsgarden comes to mind) we could see those players playing together.
If you lose to any character that means that you didn't find a way to win which could mean that you did not know how to block or deal with a mix up or even you couldn't even shoryu a fuckin jump in...am not judging any one am just sayin :)
You see, I maybe a scrub, but that does not effect which character I play...If I like a play style of a char then I play that char...I don't go and cry my ass off and hate on people like you do...So take it easy...

at least ibuki was always that intense. i don't like viper because her whole game is basically jumping and tricks.

its not that impressive or hard of a combo, just situational. poongko wouldve done some crazy 70 hit combo at the stun at 12:05 though
