You can make this meal for veg! Get some vegetarian ramen and add soft tofu and mushrooms! Don’t forget you should use less amount of water than usual. (Because of the water in tofu)

That's a great idea. Whenever I dont know what something is I ask the community and 9 out of 10 times a nice person kindly answers my question. There is always someone who can teach you.

I agree with ‘@bulinora ooo’ that you cannot find authentic K-food well when you go there as a temporary tourist. The key is having a local Korean friend recommend you. Otherwise, searching and reading reviews (better be in Korean) on the internet are an alternative. Try to avoid visiting restaurants on the tourist track.
