Omggg, I got them all from the beginning of season 4, where I just collected them from having full card decks and a lot of XR cards level 50 and URs level 60. Since then, they kept decreasing 🥲🥲🥲
@kpopfan4982 yes ,ofc . If the theme drops in the game , there will be set a procentege of how rarely do you get the card . Live theme cards have a really low procentege, but it's not impossible to get them.

No, during the event the rate it's higher than when it's not the event. You can get any special card from random packs, but the rate is low.
