1:16:20 No, it goes unconscious when it _exceeds_ 100 Fatigue. Harassed penalty is the "defending against multiple attackers" thing. The cloest the game comes to flanking. It is a major reason swarms of Size 1-2 can work.
Even in the starting army, otherwise identical units can still have different ages. The recruitment screen shows I think average or minimum age, not sure. You will also end up with units from different provinces in a big army, which increases their morale when they are fighting in their home. One thing I like to do is find veteran soldiers with afflictions like lost arms and eyes and put them as bodyguards to their commander.
The effects of fatigue on defense and attack is (unfortunately) not shown in a unit's combat stats (or anywhere else really) Even the combat log don't show it since attack and defense rolls are just shown as the final result of the roll with no details. I had hoped that would have changed in dom 6, but that is obviosity not the case. It is however clear that fatigue do have an effect on defense, as you can get defense rolls on very fatigued units that is lower than their shown defense stat. This probably has something to do with how the combat is programed. While other effects (magic, experience, items, harassment ect) permanently or temporary modifies a units stats, I think that the effects of fatigue is only calculated if a unit is attacked. This may be to avoid having the game constantly recalculating the stats of units based on their fatigue, which constantly changes in combat.
At 1:02:16 you say "surgically strike something in the front line". In a battle where you do not control the units, and as far as I know can't set battle orders to target specific enemies(?), what do you mean there?
You can select specific types of enemies (closest, biggest, archers, backline) and pseudo affect who they attack based on positioning. For example, having a pretender attack the backline and placing them far out to the top or bottom in the army planner screen.
Hey, Das! I saw that you don't use a "--filtering 0" on launch of Dominions. Can you check and tell as about this in Dominions 6? Is it works ore not in this game? Personally, I always play with "--filtering 0" because I am don't like blurry sprites.
Dude you need to surmise stuff better, this is not noob friendly.... I'm gonna need something like a headline before each topic, not an essay as an introduction. You spend way too much time on random stuff anyone can figure out themselves (basic arithmetic of what "+2" means) while leaving the viewer in the dark about random important mechanics you just name drop (like morale) without giving a quick summary of its importance. Of course, this is probably an effect of you just pumping these vids out quickly, but... I think potential new players (like me) would appreciate some more structured videos in the future.
Much appreciated Das! Really helps me as new player get primed for things to come

I wish we could recycle those soldiers, like Riders and Mounts can be recycled.
Thank you!

it would be great if you can do a tutorial on Command Modern operations. I do not know if you have looked or played the simulation?
