if you want to know what cynicism is , ask an american ,, most of their lives are so screwed up , that all they can think of is the negative , instead of just taking the feel good story for what it is ,,, a feel good story ,some of them throw in the american outcome ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it may not happen in america , but hell these sorts of things are a daily occurrence when the narrative is flipped on its head and caring for your fellow man is a daily part of the equation ,,,,,, the diff between what happens to some americans and this story is ,,,,, SOMEONE CARES,,,,,and its what's on the inside that matters most , not whats in your wallet or what you do

Olivia had a "reputation for being fair and compassionate toward others", but her first instincts were to side with Chelsea, fire Nancy without hearing her side of the story, dock her pay for "cleaning", and judge Mr. Coleman as a smelly vagrant. Granted, we all make mistakes, but a person's first reaction to something is usually genuine. Olivia's reaction showed anything, but fairness and compassion, 4 times over. Had Mr. Coleman not have returned and been anyone other than the person that literally saved her life, he would've remained a dirty, smelly homeless man and Nancy would have remained fired. It worked out in the end because Mr. Coleman and Nancy were truly good people.

Chelsea in real life would have carried a grudge against Nancy and tried get her re-fired. There are people like Nancy though who genuinely would have acted like she did. Couple of contradictions... Olivia's father supposedly falsely fired the "bum" for theft and later she says how wonderful her father was. HUH?

A wonderful story that was narrated way-too-long. Instead of listening to him, why not use a teleprompter with some quiet background music and let the viewer read at their own pace. Oh, and take a lot of fluff out of the video.
@@jamescorry63 Look man, I watched and listened to the entire video carefully and her bosses subtracted the cleaning costs from the smell left behind by the homeless man from her final paycheck which caused her even more hardship, and the end of the story said that she was hired back but did NOT say that they reimbursed her for those costs. It is not my fault if you are the type of person to watch a TH-cam video without paying close attention. My comment was only following the narrative of the video to the letter and if you have a problem with the video being immoral take it up with either TH-cam itself or whoever filmed the video. It was not me.
