I tested IQON few days ago. Salomon is extremally comfortable. IQON - not for wide foot because of liner. Salomon has good frames. IQON got useless monsters instead. Velcro strap? hahaha. It must be replaced as soon as possible. IQON laces solution is worst ever, but Salomon was perfect. Last 20 years I skate on Salomon and I will continue. And sorry for my English.

I totally agree. I purchased IQON CL10 to compare with powerslide EVO hardcore and FR SL. To be honest, IQON urgently need to improve the functional design and quality control. I found many bubbles on the carbon shell of CL10. And the power straps mounted on its CUFFs and 45 degree straps are the most stupid design I have ever seen. The tail of the straps on its cuffs were left outside the cuffs at the inner side of my ankles, blocking my movement frequently. Moreover, the cover piece for the 45 degree straps is toooo soft to keep the strap tail from upwarping. I doubt if the designer for CL10 has ever been skating or tested the functions of the design before bringing them to public. I mean these issues have been addressed by SEBA and powerslide since 2010.

Hey Lino loved your video. I do have a question for you though regarding guidance on my next pair of skates. I have been skating for 3 years now and I love the way Slalom skating looks. I do mostly freestyle skating with my Powerslide Hardcore Evo 90s. I am now looking for a 4 wheel setup skate that can be rockered to accommodate for slalom. What would you recommend in regards of a good quality and feel skate?

Hi! I have this skate and the Salomon FSK. Actually I bought this skate, because I like the FSK so much, and I am worried that one day, my FSK will go to skate heaven, so I was very excited for the AG30. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the boot:
1.) The skating experience is completely different than the FSK. The FSK is very supportive, my ankle is locked in. In the AG30 it feels very woobly, all over the place.
2.) The lacing on the AG30 is a very cheap-ish and I think flawed solution. The lacing "hooks" made of some kind of textil, which feels like it will be ripped in the near future because the laces are rubbing on to them. It is hard to explain. On the FSK there are plastic thingies to hold the laces tight and are very sturdy.
3.) The AG30 just feels cheap in the material use compared to the FSK. The laces, liner, the plastic, everything is inferior. The worts I think is the strap. Dafaq, it is so short....
4.) And with all of the above points the biggest disappointment is the price. This skate goes aroun 370+ EUR. For this price there are MUCH better options.
Only thing I like is the decode frame. I ended up using the frame with the Salomon FSK boot.
