Это рассказ про вчерашний день обработки. В современной металлообработке зенкер как класс инструмента - ВЫМЕР! Все прогрессивные производства перешли к системе 2-х инструментов "сверло - развёртка"!

Андрей здравствуй. Зенкера я применяю для получения заданных размеров в мелкосерийном производстве. Износ инструмента разумный. Ответстие по " пробкам" нормальное. Теперь о главном- в замен зенкера использую твердосплавные фрезы( для примера диам. 20 мм ) при малой подаче и высоких обототах получаю высокую чистоту и очень хорошую точность. В моем случае 0.01-0.03. Станок жесткий,настроеный.
