@hesterprynneisftw its called partials. the part where the pecs get the most tension, is at the bottom, so by using a fairly heavy weight and repping it out near failure, you get a massive pump. do it one or twice in your program!

Keeping tension on the chest, the upper part is mostly triceps; so by doing only the lower part your constantly hitting your chest with constant tension and full stretching

hey i'm not antoine obviously but i think i can answer ur question. The higher your arms go the more upper chest is involved, the lower you bring them the more lower chest is activated. It's pretty simple and this isn't according to me, heard this from IFBB pro Milos Sarcev himself!
he wasn't doing it out of disrespect I don't think, just because it's not every day you see someone rep 405lbs. for 10 relatively easily, he was just amazed at how strong antoine is.

Partials are the way too go, especially if Chest is your weak/lagging bodypart. I LOVE doing partials on INCLINE bench.
