I’m a dancer and when we don’t do what we supposed to do our coach makes us do 6 inches (I feel like it may be harder on the girls instead of just running ) but over all the girls look good

Hello beautiful ladies, as I was watching the video I saw some true amazing talent. Some of you were given facials and some weren't at all. You ladies that don't like wearing shoes at practice you should wear them on your feet at all times. I understand it may get hot but shoes are very important just incase you get injured. My top the ladies Franklin, Spears and Destiny, the reason why there energy is everything to me and they were given me facials the whole time. I can see all them of them as leaders and it's something about them that catching my eyes all the time. All of you are a blessing from God and have great talent. Please stay strong and prayed up. Coach Sonia from Jersey I must say I really enjoyed this practice it was such a BIG improvement Since the last video I seen . Once Some of the flyer learn to control the legs and arms in the air the flyers will look much better A flyer should have faith in herself and let the base handle the bottom. Big rule NO Flyer hits the Ground. Must work one bigger facials. I know it’s not good to have favorite but the young Lady with the light blue shorts I believe she’s a leader the young lady with the brown Tie-dye with the blonde hair and the flyer with the braids and the white srunchie they are GReat . No Disrespect to anyone just my opinion great job coaches great job team.

I'm a cheerleader and south Garland high school and out coach......we need someone to teach her how to actually be a coach. Sometimes she's alright but overall she's lacking which why some of the girls aren't that confident. Some girls even left the group. I still haven't got comfortable enough to do stunts. Never learned how to tumble or do splits at all.
The entire front section was giving life they gave facials energy hit motions I liked tht front section tht spears& the other girls were in great job ladies. Great practice, love to see the progress and the work put in but every time I see a girl jump out the air onto the floor from their stunt group all I hear is ankles shattering, shins splitting and toes crunching..& that include tumble passes with no shoes on (anything with no shoes!). What happened to bump downs and cradles?
