21:36 before the most recent patch, monk. After the patch... monk still at low level but the higher the DH gets the better.
Monks area and lack of talents eventually catches up to it as DHs multiple targets and player expeerience close the gap in raw power. I was playing lvl 11 demon hunter with no talents cleaning monks up because i just knew my deck better and they couldn't spam their button as freely.
