Goa Party 1992 - Maharashtra party at Redi Fort

In 1992 the parties were banned in Goa. So the tribes moved to Maharashtra. This is the first Maharashtra party held on Shivaratri (march 1992). It was secretly planned and this is probably the only existing video of this event.
