To be honest there’s a lot at hand i don't think it's all about being slow at signing players, remember psl teams are not willing to sell players to chiefs at a fair price and foreign spot. After Du his been one of the quickest players yes he might have failed on the final decision and I mean Du and the rest of the did too , for me Saile is a good player but needs guidance in decision making , matter of fact I prefer him than Dove and that’s not to say Dove is a bad player but when it comes to pressure Dove cracks quickly and has given us unnecessary red cards last season when we needed him the most.
