I believe this is similar to comparative advantage that is discussed in global international trade, in that you would rather import the video's knowledge over your domestic college economic teacher because the information is more accessible and free. What your teacher does not supply in is good information, so the imported material has a higher demand.
Honestly, I think the marginal benefit of us random strangers on the internet getting a laugh out of Jacob Clifford drinking an entire gallon of milk outweigh the marginal cost of him suffering

I´m an English teacher with a major in Economics and Business and I´m learning how to teach Econ principles to Spanish-Speaking students using English as the vehicle of intruction (CLIL). The process is amazing although somewhat complicated because of the specialized vocabulary and concepts. I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.
The pandemic came and taught everyone the importance of having multiple stream of income, unfortunately having a nice paying job doesn't mean you are financial secured anymore. So we all need to put in an extra-income earning chance, like investments.
Investment is that tiny line that separates the RICH from the POOR. The foolish from wise sorry to say. I can proudly say I am wise today because I can provide for my family through my investments.

+Luís de Sousa If you use Chrome, you can add a "Video Speed Controller." I decrease the speed to .9... and it makes it more bearable.
You also get the added bonus of him doing the gallon challenge.
