I’m almost one year loc’d. You are so right. My hair has really grown this first year. The first 4 months were all about embracing the loc journey. I relied on TH-cam to get me through. To tell me I was looking good and doing ok. I’ma new subscriber.
I absolutely love your personality. I can relate to those days of your hair doing what it wants to do. And tbh i've had the days where I'm like, should I cut them and start over. The thing is, there isn't a single other hair style i see myself having. Maybe a tapered look, which I had before. Great video.
Hey hun and thank you for subscribing 🥰 yessss it will grow when you least expect it. It’s like you just turn around one day and your hair is down your back lol I love it !
So I started listening to you after I came to grips with how beautiful you are, all your tips and tricks are legit and on point , but my queen please talk to us men as well we have locs but our lifestyle is different so please help us men as well
Hi, my hairs chin length. I started with hair, doesn't seem like it grew n it's been a yr n 3mos. Ik there diff phases of locs, would u say there was a period ur growth sped up? I also feel I retwisted n did braid offs to often

Do you get any lint in your hair? How do you prevent it and especially how do you get it out if you do? I've been neglecting my bonnet and now I have lint and am contemplating cutting my hair because of it. But I really love my locs. Help
Hi and thank you for watching. I do get lint in my hair sometimes . Especially if I’m wearing sweaters. I usually take a pair of tweezers and go through each loc that has lint and just remove it that way. If you have a lot of lint , it might help to try an apple cider vinegar rinse to see if soaking the locs will loosen up that lint for you. Hope this helps and hope you won’t have to cut your hair because of this .

Oh yea, you still have a little ways to go so don’t beat yourself up. I noticed most of my growth between year 3-4. It just took off and didn’t stop.
I just got my 2 strand loc … my new journey
Aww how exciting! Enjoy your journey 🫶🏾
