Hey, I use win 10. If you have some problems, the best thing to do is to cancel the back buffer option like this:
Go to your game folder > Search for "RA2md.ini" file and edit the "Video" options like that:
[Video]
VideoBackBuffer=no
ScreenWidth=1440
ScreenHeight=900
StretchMovies=no
*or any diffrent resolution you want.
*If you dont have the line "VideoBackBuffer=no", just add it for a smoother game.
*If you have Yuri's Revenge expansion, do the same with "RA2.ini" file.
