- This message entitled "Relax in God" was given by sister Ruth Heflin on Saturday morning of Summer Campmeeting at Calvary Camp in Ashland, Virginia, Sunday morning service, August 15, 1999. The theme of the 1999 Summer Campmeeting was HARVEST GLORY!

just found her book “Glory” yesterday at a library thrift store. And today this shows up in my feed.

Oh how I remember those camp meetings, Glory filled. Loved Ruth and Wallace and Edith. Sometimes I also look for those I knew in the meetings, a few of us older ones are still here Glory to God.
I went a few times myself 30 years ago and it was a rewarding experience! Camp meeting!!

Praise GOD for seeing the finger of GOD in action. This vision reminds me of what I recall reading in the book of Daniel who also saw the finger of God's handwriting upon the wall. Believe in the daysahead there will be indeed handwriting on the wall of greater judgments of GOD if men do not turn from darkness of sin and turn to the light. Alos in this i believe there will be blessing of GOD sustaining those who walk in righteousness and holiness who turn others off the pathway of sin onto the pathway of righteousness and true holiness.

Yes wildflower63 this is truy beautiful music that magnifies and exalts the LORD . HE is to be EXALTED above all circumstances , He is EXALTED IN THE PRAISES OF his people who reverence HIM AS HOLY.
Ruth's books about the Glory are my favorite. Love her dearly...
Her Glory book helps me years ago, and then her Revival Glory book helped me ,and then I got a book she enspird Secrers Glory by David Herzog. Love them all. Praise God for Ruth
Few there seem to have walked in the realm of the glory , it is valuable to learn from those whose lives were transformed by the glory those who lived in times of revival bring a richmess of that overwhelming joy that is in true revival .
Let us pray Jesus will be spoken of in such a way that honors HIS POWER, that reverences HIS holiness and AWESOMENESSof HIS NAME , STANDS IN AWE OF His WONDER ,and His SAVING LOVE.

Hi Jay have you any recording of 2001,the year Ruth past? When there were a lot of ministers like Rene Maclean and White Horse ministries?that was just a couple of ministers at the camp..
I believe I have posted all the videos of those days when sister Ruth spoke during her last year, as well as back into the early '90's... I did digitalize the videos of Rennie McLean speaking at the camp & also those of Bob Shattles, but no one else during her last year! I know a lot spoke during that year of meetings, but those are the 3 speakers I copied (or rather digitalized)!
