    Looking forward to seeing it on the water

    I have the exact same spark trixx as you. If a friend of mine had this tuner , would it be as easy as borrowing it from him and using it on mine? I may know people who have done this and have one. Also are there any risks?

      The license can only stay on one jet ski. if you want to maptune another ski, you have to buy a new license

    Thanks! Is this the ski that had cross threaded bolts that leaked?

      Yep! That's the one. Still got it too lol

    Do you prop up the trailer when you park it so the water will run off the ski

    Hey man, can the extended back platform be added to that version of the seadoo line up? 🤔🤔🤔

    my spark tuned 8600 or 8900,but always 8000 rpm only at top end,May I ask what is the reason?

    How is the fuel consumption after the tune?

      when pinned for a while, decent change. under normal conditions, almost no change

    Wow that's awesome might consider doing this I have a 5 year warranty on mine would this tune void it by chance ? Let me know thanks 👍🏼

      nope, brought it in a few times under warranty. no issues

      @@WeTryMotorsports I was just watching your video of you on the water with it very dope did you have to remove the tune before going to dealer ? And what did you get warranty

    • @WeTryMotorsports

      @@brucemuniz2100 I have a 5 year extended warranty. I removed the tune one time but it was a waste because they don't check unless it's ECU / motor related. the other times I left it lol

      @@WeTryMotorsports dang that's badass I don't know how to remove tune but I'll probably end up ordering the tune one day when I get the courage lok

    1:12 its cuz of condensation

      54ish, but acceleration is the huge difference

    I cringed when he redlined it after 14 seconds of running. This is why I don't buy used shit.

    the maptuner is NOT worth the money.
    better skip the tune and wait for warranty go out.
    i have the same setup, waste.
    Another note, dont rev it like that! engine is still cold!!
    people will do this because they see this, u should know better by now!

    • @WeTryMotorsports
      @WeTryMotorsports  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Engine revs cold being dangerous are a myth unless you are carbureted. See Scotty Kilmer's video breaking this down. As for the tuner... It made a huge difference on the ACE, I'm thinking it's not going to be too drastic on stage 2 with the Trixx but any performance gains are fine with me! Then I want to try the stage 3, then the e85 8900! That's why I got the tuner. For science!!!

      @@WeTryMotorsports engine need good running temp, but thats on you and those who choose to follow.
      for you, sure the tuner is good. but for the regular spark guy who only want a tune, that tuner is a waste of money.
      they also removed the stage 3 8850 RR tune in the lates update , now you need to buy more licenses to get it.
      ill msg them about this bs, cuz i had it and still do on my spark.
      i have trtyed all tunes there, except e85 ones.
      really want to, but eh...

      I have same ski. 2018 trixx. Added 12/15 solas + this tune. Defn is quicker and added 2-3mph top end. As far as the stage 3 - did you mean 8600? Think I may have thought the same thing. I contacted Riva bc it said it wasnt available or I needed more credits or something along those lines. Told me to sync the tuner again and it worked....looking forward to the e85.

      @@kaseybowen So you think paying fifth of the value of entire jetski is worth adding almost 3mph? You must be in the wrong hobby then.

    • @kaseybowen
      @kaseybowen 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@NGC1433 I paid like $400 for the tune credit...if you know where I can get another ski for $2K, let me know! Lol IMO its worth it for the acceleration. Idc that much about top speed. I don't think the hull is meant to go 85mph anyway. There are some acceleratiom results from the tune on greenhulk if you're curious. Thanks for the input and advice on my choice of hobbies 😉
