- The team at ProtouringTexas does it again, with this clean 67' Chevelle. Simple doesn't mean cut corners. This daily driver is a great example of a "Modern Classic" for the family. Good power, great sound, smooth enough for the wife to drive, you can't beat it. After a few upgrades the 327 auto just wasn't holding its end of the deal. Thankfully we had the answer to those horsepower and dependability shortcomings. The customer chose to upgrade to a 6.2 Ls3, hopped up with a nice cam package, painted a beautiful red for an aggressive look inside a black car. Backed by a 4L70e trans and long tube headers from Ultimate connect to our hand built custom stainless steel exhaust that will perform and last a lifetime. With that much get up and go, remember "Don't be a pendejo". We integrated a vintage system and used a few Holley Performance parts to complete the job. Ready for your Modern Classic ??

I need a 69-70 chevelle, y’all know a place to buy one. Do y’all sell any of y’all’s builds as well ? Love the work
We do sell some of the builds, inventory is always changing. Give us a call 817-832-3278
That Malibu Frame can't handle big block horse power and Torque unless it has the added braces like the SS has .
I thought a Chevelle Malibu just ment it wasn't a real Chevelle . Just a Malibu with Chevelle emblems
Malibus are Chevelles...Its like an SS Camaro or a Rally Sport or Z-28...all Camaros.
Precisely. I owned a ‘67 300-Deluxe two-door “post” Chevelle. The guy selling it advertised it as a “Malibu”. I knew it was a rarer post car which is why I purchased it. BUT… still a Chevelle.
The Malibu was an upscale package on the Chevelle before it became it's own model later on.
