Can you please remind me that again, that had really helped me to stay focused at the time the situation comes, where I might get distracted.. Mam throughout whole life i did everything but i can't make my loved ones to love me back the same i earned so much but i didn't manage my money well so now i have a belief that i can't become rich nothing works on me to become rich and have a better life
Your saying corretly but i want to tell you my passion is bodubuilding and so when I do hard work too many my mind will be clear and so my pratice give me answer so as per me pratice will clear evrything so i do pratice
When want to start someting new, which is not what i dont want to do but thats important or else that work is new for me may be im afrid of doing this that time i felt headache and get out of that situation, then later on i felt stressed & anxiety because that work is filfilled what i want to complete with proper date feel the unproductive,self doubtand so on. How can i trest/ solve this my self plz tell me mam its v.impotant for me .I felt so many times its really heavy feelings 😢plz answer me mam 🙏
